The staff is very helpful and amicable. The location of the hotel is incredible, so close to the nightlife in the downtown area. Carter Lake district is worth your attention.

Guest services and rooms were very clean
The jacuzzi was a little dirty. You should be looking at the continuous cleaning of it.

Had a really great stay here - the staff was so friendly and the prices were just right. The rooms are nice, with cups in the bathroom and some even have views of downtown. 🌆 Plus, they offer lots of yummy breakfast options to start your day off right.

I liked the location. .
I had a terribel time trying to call for a shuttle - I tried every ohone in the airport, my cell phone and Hertz counter staff did as well. After 45 very frustrating minutes I had to take a cab. The room was passably clean but sheets were tattered and carpet had a residue from cleaning. I would give this hotel only 2 stars out of 5. For the same amount of money I had a fabulous, first rate hotel in Sioux City.

The location, next to the airport was convenient
I would apreciate more/ better shampoo and stuff in the bathroom. I didnt ask for it but I think it should be there standard. Only one shampoo for two people is not enough. And a decent conditioner and body lotion would have been nice.
